A light which lives
and a darkness deadly still
total opposites
a contrast which shrills...
one side is bright
the other side dark
above it is heaven
below things look harsh
sometimes you are bewitched
oft'imes you feel orphaned
dont allow the wicked to provoke you
remain by the cross and the Spirit *

will you then bring I to the cross?
that you may gain life through the Spirit *

with your eyes on Jesus alone
and watch as the heavens open
how it drones from abundance
even if you must suffer here
even if you are abundantly blessed
even if you hear sirens scream
watch how it rains in the heaven!! *

you only want to impress the people
your foolishness looks so weak to Me
beware that I dont turn My back on you!
Who do you think you're bluffing
as you embrace your brother at church,
but in your heart you want to see him suffer,
whilst he was discussing your wellbeing with you. *

but in your heart you're sowing hate
its of your brother's downfall that you're dreaming!
come, you cant lie to Me!
Understand this now all the same very well
if you think you're rich, then you're blind,
clothed, then you're without shirt or hat,
for the show,

WORD + SONG
a war it is wherin you stand
a war which has endured from before Adam's
existance
a war wherein you can within a moment
perish
if you dont have Jesus as your King,
this you must understand.
it is He who will teach and train you
in His army which He prepares for this war
know then well that this war will one of these days
be at its top
take heed, be alert so that you won't be
defeated in the battle. *

there is a weapon which you must get to know
well
and its not a Bazzuka or a Browning
His ammunition is inked out on pulp
originating from a fir
with this weapon, splicing like a sword,
you will conquer the enemy.
you must continually praise your Leader
and sing so His name will be raised on high
because your Leader has already won the war
there on cross
it is the drone of praise which make the ears
of the enemy buzz. *
